We reserve the right to monitor use of the site and restrict or deny access to any user who, in our judgement, is abusing our services, or for any other reason we deem fit. You agree to accept full responsibility and all consequences resulting from, or arising out of, your use of this site.
A. The information which you provide to us during the registration process, specifically your name; address; telephone number; email address; username; and password will only be used by us, and will not be passed on to non-affiliated sources without your express permission.
B. All other information which you subsequently submit, including but not limited to your personal profiles, pictures, articles or reviews, etc. will be deemed ‘Free to publish’ or ‘Public Domain’. See also section 4 User Content. You waive any privacy expectations you have.
C. We may cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies requiring access to any and all information which you provide.
A. By submitting any content (Including text, pictures, trade marks etc) to our site you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such content or that the copyright owner of such content has granted you permission to use such content with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms and conditions, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms and conditions, and (c) that each person depicted in any and all Pictures submitted, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Picture as set forth in these Terms and conditions, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Picture. By Posting a Picture, you are granting (a) to all users of this site (b) to the general public and/or (c) to any person with whom the pictures are shared, permission to use your Picture in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms and conditions of this site, (including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, downloading, printing and making prints and gift items which include such Picture), and including, without limitation, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Picture without having your name attached to such Picture, and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of this site. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Picture or any other content submitted. We have no obligation to post any content that you or anyone else submits. In addition, we may, in our sole and unfettered discretion, edit, remove or delete any content that you post or submit.

In your use of our site, you may access content from third parties including other users ("Third Party Content"), either via our site or through links to third party sites. We make no representations or warranties about Third Party Content. You agree that under no circumstances will we be held liable in any way for any Third Party Content, including without limitation, any errors or omissions in any Third party Content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Third Party Content. You agree to accept sole responsibility, and bear all risks associated with your use of any and all Third Party Content.
You acknowledge and agree that the site contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by us, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the content of this site, in whole or in part.
Upon completing the site registration process you will have given yourself a unique username and password. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username/password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you ‘Sign Off’ at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
8.1. We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.
8.2. The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them.
8.3. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of any refusal to register a domain name by the relevant registration authority.
8.4. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the Registry to register your desired name.
8.5. We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant Registry but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
8.6. We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us.
8.7. We shall make no charge for transfering your domain registration to another provider provided that you have complied with section 8.6
8.8. We shall attempt to respond to any queries, service requirements, or complaints you have about your domain registration withing 5 working days.
8.9. Any queries, service requirements, complaints, or reports of abuse should be submitted through our contact page
8.10. We shall not release any domain to another provider within the first 60 days of registration, transfer, or renewal. The Admin Contact Email Address may also be set to our own during this time.
8.11. Our default domain renewal policy is to automatically renew domains approximately six months before they expire. The default renewal term is two years. A different renewal policy may be applied by customer request for any given registered domain.
8.12. We will endeavour to automatically renew domain names according to either our default renewal policy or that agreed with customer (see 8.11) subject to the following:
8.12.1. You have up to date and valid payment details stored
8.12.2. You did not notify us of your wish to cancel the domain auto-renewal policy in your agreement or be pending transfer to another regisrar
8.13. If auto-renewal is required for a domain you acknowledge that We shall take payment for renewals up to 8 days in advance of the renewal date, in order to avoid any possible delays and ensure payment is delivered before renewal expires.
8.14. The renewal of .eu and .de domain name registrations MUST be explicitly made by the 14th day before the expiration date of the domain name's registration period. After this date .eu domain names can NOT be renewed. We can not be held liable if you fail to renew the registration of a .eu domain in accordance to this condition.
8.15. Redemption fees may apply to renew domain name registrations that are not renewed before the expiration date of the domain name's registration period.
8.16. We can not be held liable for any loses incurred as a result of failure to complete or renew the registration of a domain name, either by yourself, or on the part of Coljam Consultants Ltd.
8.17. REGISTRATION FEES FOR DOMAIN NAMES IS NON-REFUNDABLE, ONCE THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE RELEVANT REGISTRATION AUTHORITY.
8.18. When you register a domain ending in .uk you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK under Nominet's terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found here
You agree that we may, with or without prior notice, immediately terminate your membership of this site. Such termination may be made entirely at our discretion.
You agree that such termination may also include the deletion of all content created by you on this site. You agree that all access to information or content created by you on this site may be denied. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our site.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You warrant and represent to us that (a) the information you have provided to us in the registration process is accurate (b) you are fully authorised and have the full power to enter into and perform under these terms and conditions (c) your use of this site will not infringe the copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or any other legal right of any third party (d) you own or have all the necessary rights and permissions of any and all content which you submit to this site.
The services, this site, including without limitation, all content, products and services displayed or offered on this site, and all text, graphics, links and applications are provided to the user on an ‘as is’ basis and without warranty of any kind. Coljam Consultants Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to each of the foregoing, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Coljam Consultants Ltd specifically disclaims any warranty that (1) The services will be interrupted or error free; (2) Defects will be corrected; (3) There are no viruses or other harmful components; and (4) The security methods employed will be sufficient.
In no event shall We be liable for any damages resulting from loss of data, profits, use of this site or any of our products or services, or for any incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with this agreement or in connection with any products or services provided hereunder. In no event shall our cumulative liability exceed an amount greater than one pence (£0.01 GBP)
You agree that in no event shall we be liable to any third party for your breach or alleged breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coljam Consultants Ltd from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or third party claims resulting from your breach or alleged breach of any user obligations set forth hereunder.
This Agreement is made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, the United Kingdom, regardless of its choice of law provisions. The courts located in the county of Perthshire, Scotland, will have exclusive jurisdiction. This Agreement and our policies are subject to change by us without notice. Continued usage of the Services after a change to this Agreement by us or after a new policy is implemented and posted on the Site constitutes your acceptance of such change or policy. We encourage you to check our terms and conditions regularly for any changes or additions.
